Bragging Rights!!!

:D Well I finally invested in a good camera. I had the chance to get some shots of my boy in the snow today. I know, I know, he needs a bath, but it is like -20 here today. I am not that cruel. So here is the guy I keep bragging about in the flesh. Gone Fishin

Gorgeous! That camera was definitely worth the investment, they look professional to me!

Now THAT'S the boy I remember!! What a shame you couldn't have used one of those pic's in his stallion ad. He sure is a looker.

I remember seeing him at the Keeneland sale as a youngster. I don't recall if it was yearling or 2yo sale. I was happy Dogwood Stable got him so he'd have a good chance.

Thank you Everyone. Yes Henthorn. Dogwood did a great job with him. To date he has only had a couple of owners. Dogwood, Mike Doyle and us. We really do love him, and believe in him as a sire. He will get the best chance we can give him to prove himself. So send your mares!!!
Jane hopefully people just remember what he was like, instead of just the pic in the stallion book. You can't beat this horse in person. Gorgeous!! A real presence. :shock:
Needless to say you will see these pics in a lot of advertising in the next couple of months. :D

Hi Jenny,
He is gorgeous! I am amazed at how much he resembles Weekend Cruise by A.P. INDY. (I had forgotten :? HONOR GRADES is also the half brother to A.P. INDY) Weekend Cruise stands at Ups and Downs Farm in Citra, FL.

I wish I had a close up of his face (side view of head shape) as that is where they really look alike. Best wishes in the new year with Gone Fishin, love that name, and know he will attract some nice mares! cj

He is lovely. I do find that Honor Grades and A.P Indy offspring are very similar. Hopefully they can both replicate their success for both of us!!! After all it is in the genes. :D
