i like his pedigree alot. In going with my cool coal man is the most overrated horse in america, i'm with you on this one.

This is a very nice Allowance race, Legacy Thief was impressive last out and should like the added distance. Wouldn't be surprised if Lukas is smelling mint juleps:>) TJ

I love this horse, but it's really not what I was looking for. I am glad the colt rated, but he had to be smacked around to get by the 2nd place finisher and the time was slow - not to mention they finished like snails (14 seconds). I hope Nick doesn't put CCM on the Derby Trail - right now he's not good enough to be there. This is coming from a huge Mineshaft fan who really needs CCM to develop into a good colt to help his sire out.

How was this horse overrated........nevermind the most overrated horse in America? He's hardly been mentioned since his debacle in the KY Jockey Club. I figure any new maiden 3 year old winner or allowance winner is the most overrated in the country because everyone falls in love with every 3 year old who ever wins a race.

Not on any of the boards I frequent........

Not that it matters- I'm a huge fan and even I was disappointed by his win. Oh well........maybe he'll run better next time.

out of this race, going back and looking at it again... golden spikes is a name i would keep in my back pocket. he seemed to be kinda green. his pedigree suggests he will get better with age. I think he has the best future out of any horse in the race
