I want to send Silver Narcissus to Horse Chestnut.
Reasons:
1. Fort Wood/Silver Hawk is an A+ nick (i know... who cares)
2. Sex balanced inbreeding to Pretense
3. Another inbreeding through the full sibs Amerigo and Rosario.

It's a solid cross. I'm not sure how successful Pretense inbreeding has been, but it's worth a shot.
For me, I'd rather focus on a few other names in your mare's pedigree to double up on. I've always enjoyed breeding older mares and have had some good success with them. They always bring elements to a pedigree that are harder to find.
I've been around a few Silver Hawk mares and he's always been a favorite of mine. They almost always need speed and some refinement. If you haven't signed the contract yet and you're still mulling over a few ideas, I would look at the following 3 stallions with some interest.
Slew City Slew has always been a great value and he works pretty damn well with Hail to Reason blood. The cross gives you some delicious inbreeding to Hail to Reason, Bold Ruler and the hard to find Ambiorix. He's a year older than your girl so chances to breed to him are limited. His foals almost always make the breeder money on the track on any surface.
Pioneering brings a lot to the table. He imparts a lot of speed which I imagine can only help your mare with her breeding. The cross also gives you the Nashua, as well as doubles of Princequillo and Bold Ruler which are known class commidities in inbreeding to.
Cape Town would be an interesting horse with her. He brings in more Nashua through Gold Digger. The inbreeding to him through Bramalea and Gold Digger has been successful. He also brings in a double of Broadway which is showing promise. Cape Town can also get you a decent sale price still if you find yourself in a spot to sell.
Either way, good luck!
