Cornell Collar

Postby Laurierace » Wed Sep 03, 2008 10:55 am

I have a cornell collar listed on ebay right now if anyone is interested in trying one. I have the starting bid at less than half the retail price even though I only used it a couple of times. I don't think anyone on ebay knows what it is. The filly I bought it for is now 5 1/2 months pregnant so I don't think she needs it anymore. Hopefully the foal gets the sire's flap!

Well there are 7 hours left in the ebay auction and no one has bid on it yet. If it doesn't sell I guess I will just hang on to it. You know as soon as I get rid of it I will have a horse that needs it, so maybe the reverse is true if I keep it.

You might advertise it on STB sites. I think they're allowed to use it in more states.

Jeez, why didn't you bid earlier, maybe we could have started a bidding war and I wouldn't be practically giving the thing away!? Oh well, thanks for trying.

I was the only one that had bid, I kept checking it. Then was e-sniped at the end (or however you spell it). That has happened to me so much I ebay, thats why I quit buying.

Darn, and we have about 4 horses right now that we need one for. Congrats on selling though.....

Well now that its gone I can tell you that I don't think it does a darn thing for TBs. My vet said it works pretty well for STBs but has never seen it help a TB. It sure didn't work even a little bit for my filly.
