I want to know if you have to register your farm for the year to be able to turn in a stallion report for mares bred or can you do it without registering your farm?

You do not have to register your farm. Reports are supposed to be filed by August 1st. You can file it online at www.jockeyclub.com

Click on "Vist Registry and log on to Interactive registration" on the home page at www.jockeyclub.com. If you do not have a user name and password click on sign up now. Click on "Registration Process" for more information.

In the registry, there is a selection for "Report Mares Bred" - which is where you file your stallion report.

when I log on to equineline it is saying that I don't have access to these services. I have a portfolio set up fro about 2 years now with horses i'm watching but that is about all i have done. So do I have to upgrade to the trainer one for 30 bucks a month to do a stallion report?

It's not equineline. It is jockeyclub.com

Click on "Log in to Interactive Registration" - if you do not have a log in for it you can create one there.

The Jockey Club is relatively easy to deal with. I would call them and explain the problem you are having and they are likely to resolve it quite quickly. :)

Toll Free (U.S. and Canada): (800) 444-8521
After Hours: (859) 224-2800
Legal Jousting (Indian Ridge X In Anticipation - Sadler's Wells) standing at Kingsgate Stud
