Dear Messrs. Iavarone and Schiavo,

On behalf of millions of Americans, I am writing to ask if you would consider suspending gravity, turn sand into diamonds, and make sneakers that can both fly and cure diseases.

Best regards,

Me

Thanks PETA! It's all Native Dancers fault, that's a relief ;)

We must let all geneticists know how true the 5th generation breeds.

It will revolutionize science.

Well, at least it makes a change from Pharos, or Turn-to.

Dear Messrs. Iavarone and Schiavo,

Can you send me a huge hunk of money and I can rescue and/or retire those racehorses and broodmares that need it and rehome those that can and you won't have to worry about it? Me :D

Dear PETA and Kathy who needs to do MORE research...

They are still clubbing baby seals, trapping fur bearers, making fur coats from electrocuted foxes and mink, killing whales and the factory farms and auctions/slaughterhouses in CA make hell look like a good alternative for food animals. Perhaps you should pick ONE thing to concentrate on and maybe you can actually get something done about it? Me

Sometime in 1967

Dear Ogden Phipps:

On behalf of PETA’s two million members and supporters, I am writing to ask you to take a very difficult step. For the good of future generations of thoroughbreds, we ask you not to stand Buckpasser at stud.

Buckpasser was a champion in all three of his campaigns, despite quarter cracks at 3 and at 4 that kept him from several important races, including the classics.

Dear Kathy,
Due to unforseen circumstances in the Stock Market, I simply cannot turn down the offer to stand Big Brown at stud. Perhaps your intended letter should be aimed toward the horse who finished 18th,19th or 20th in the KY Derby. As those horses will most likely also be standing at stud, just in lower regional markets. I hear Alaska in the process of developing a excellent State-bred program. You should check into it or maybe ask Sarah Palin to explain it out to you..

Very Truely,

Michael Laverone.

I would like to take this opportunity to say human athletes have carreer ending injuries all the time. But yet, humans strive for excellance and compete in the olympics and top level competition with injuries. They aren't banding the Olypics anytime soon...

In reference to our equine athletes they to acquire injuries that can be worked with to stay in competion. They also have some career ending injuries. PETA / Kathy you are not genticists and have no clue or background to know if the stud will pass that on to his progeny. Seatle Slew was crooked and club footed and imagine if he was never bred. If you really want to you are able pick apart many successful stallions.

I just think PETA and Kathy have way to much time on their hands. They are not happy if they aren't complaining about something and in everyone elses business when they have a total lack of equine education and understanding of what it takes to be an athlete for racing. Geld him, are you crazy sure we just through away millions of dollars......

I am not saying Big Brown should be a sire but if he were mine I would syndicate him i couldn't afford not to syndicat him. That it is up to his connections on what they want to do with the horse. Truely do we even know why he has hoof problems. Who is to say he will even pass it on, I 'm not sure he would or would not. [/i]
Thanks,

Kathy
