What is latest on sites to take place of Golden Gate?
What do you folk hear about what might be happening in California to take the place of GGF if it closes?

Anyone interested in the GGF situation ought to read the transcript of the special CHRB meeting where Magna people were called to explain:

There's a lot of stuff reported in the media that is explained here in more accurate detail. I'm not going to positively believe anything a Magna attorney says, but it does sound more factual in terms of bankruptcy law than what the local newspaper is saying. The trustee will have a responsibility to get the most amount of money for the creditors, so if MID gets outbid, GGF is gone, but it won't be developed anytime soon. They are estimating 10 years for approvals.
