She's a loud frame that's all. Nothing unusual about it except the loud expression from a solid (but frame sire). She probably got a boost from her dam who is a nifty rabicano/sabino(dom. white whatever).

They have another interesting mare, It's Blue who is not frame but has lovely blue eyes typical of a minimal splash. I don't know all the horses in her pedigree though and I wonder who passed that on??

As per summerhorse query: Many people pass by the name of a horse who has proven his worth behind many rare colored Thoroughbreds. His name is Djebel. Another angle: Hyperion via some of his strongest doses.

Maybe because the ad is 5+ months old. the horse is probably sold.

Jorge: That article is about frame overo, which is what the original horse supposedly was.

No, whites are not always lethal, look at Patchen Beauty.
