I Want Revenge Bills Unpaid
What happens to I Want Revenge if IEAH refuses to pay the past-due bills, and perhaps even bills for his future care? Will someone else pick them up or will he just sit in his stall?

Mullins needs to hire an attorney to file this complaint, writting a letter to the state wagering board won't do anything without a judgement to back it up.
The horse will continue to acrew expenses and they will be tacked onto a lawsuit along with all attorneys fees,, but its a long road to collect anything.

Because everyone hopes to have a chance to train one of their good horses, so they don't want to make them angry. This seems to be an effect that the rich often enjoy. In the horse business, I've often noticed that the people who have money often don't pay their bills for the smallest reason. I guess that's why they have money-- they don't let it go! Also, these trainers know that other clients worry that they'll be the ones talked about one day. Mullins must have really had a break with them.
It's true that no one can attach the purse money until they have a judgment. But I wonder if the castle may be crumbling there. They've spent a lot of money and it certainly looks to me like they could be running deeply in the red. IEAH may be closer to getting bounced for financial responsibility than it currently shows.

IEAH is notorious for not paying bills. Personally I was a victim of that almost 5 years ago, although eventually I did get paid. I have said all along these guys are a bunch of crooks and they symbolize, in an ownership group all that is wrong with our sport. I am not trying grind an axe either alot of people are struggling right now. I have some friends who were always good payers who are very very behind. I certainly have been late paying bills before myself but these guys are crooks.
In a Bloodhorse.com article IEAH president Michael Iavarone, reached by phone Aug. 4, spoke briefly on the subject.
“There’s no way we’re paying anything related to I Want Revenge until the lawsuit is straightened out,” Iavarone said. When asked if he was concerned that his horsemen’s account with NYRA could be frozen, he replied: “That’ll never happen.”
This has to be the messiest mess since Michael Paulson went to battle with his deceased dad's widow over the estate..
