Misbah and Austin Powers to Godstone

Postby btcountess » Tue Nov 10, 2009 8:06 pm

Even though there's some snide, hateful people on here - I said I would give the update when the info was set.

Misbah will stand for $2,500 and Austin Powers for $2,000, both with special consideration to PA foaling and stakes/stakes producing mares as well as multiple discounts. They should arrive at Godstone this week.

Nothing spiteful or hateful. Both will need to get what is hardest to obtain for stallions with limited race records- good mares that fit them and can produce. I am a big Gilded Time fan, and want to see that line succeed. Good luck.

They are not my stallions but I have to respond. I have seen so many stallions with way, way less starts and small if any earnings. Not that it's right, I think there's too many stallions, especially low class ones. But having said that, both of these stallions are well bred. Misbah had 17 starts with 3 wins, 4 seconds and 2 thirds. Just for info.

Speaking of Godstone Farm how is Cetewayo doing. I read a blurb when he sired his first winner and thats it.
