Any opinions on Good Reward?

Can't fault the pedigree. Won over $1 mil. Son of Storm Cat out of a champion. Weanlings and yearlings selling for a pittance.

Any clues?

I haven't seen him but I have seen his full brother Pure Prize and I've seen a few Good Reward foals, and they tend to be a bit crooked up front. But the Pure Prize's are as well, and they can certainly be useful.

I, too, can't fault the pedigree. If you are a breed-to-race person he might be a darn good value. I have a bid on a no-guarantee season to him right now in the Iowa Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Stallion Season Auction that ends tomorrow night. that's where I saw him. I'm not quite in the market for a season - otherwise you might have had some more competition.

We have a yearling (almost a 2 year old now I guess) Good Reward colt out of our mare Allou and we love him! Pulled him out of the sale this fall since we didn't want to give him away and he's now in Florida getting broke for the 2 year old sale. He's a large, racey horse
