Now this is a very INTERESTING "chestnut" TB mare!? Would love to see her in good light. I must go look at her family, hope there are photos.

I've seen her sire and broodmare sire personally and they are 100% normal. I think it's mostly the lighting that's making her look funny. That and I suspect she's clipped.
The first thing that crossed my mind was actually dun, but seeing her pedigree it's virtually impossible. She's definitely not champagne (skin is too dark) and her color isn't right for palomino IMO.
I sure would like to see more photos.

THAT's what you get from this profile? A nice color? Did you happen to notice the incredible Reine influence?
Beside the 3 influences of Turn To through his daughters Fast Turn (dam of Ack Ack) and Turn to Talent and son Hail to Reason, this mare is inbred to super reine Too Bald and her dam, Hidden Talent. Beside the half-brothers Capote and Baldski from Too Bald, there is also Too Bald's half sister Turn to Talent.
Additionally, the mare Nothirdchance is featured 5X5 in the pedigree through her son Hail to Reason and daughter Be Suspicious.
AND, she's a pretty color too... but I'm much more impressed with the bloodlines.

Yes, I admit, I didn't get into her pedigree except looking at parent and GP color as I am taking a break at the moment from looking at racing pedigrees, and since she was all the way in WA state, I thought it would just be fun to comment on her beautiful color. I'm happy for you that you discovered all that

well, considering her sire's stud fee is $10,000 and she is an A++ nick, I'd say there was some planning done.
and this from Include's website confirms that someone was aware of this crossing...
"Having reviewed these pedigrees, it would certainly make sense for breeders to send Include mares heavy with the genes of not only War Admiral, Nasrullah, Turn-to (Hail to Reason), and Mahmoud, but also mares that reinforce the Cherokee Rose / How inbreeding found in the pedigree of Broad Brush. Mares carrying Capote or Exceller would not be a bad idea either, as that would reinforce the Hidden Talent inbreeding already found in his pedigree."
