If you go to www.equibase.com and enter the horse's name in the column on the left hand side where it says Horse Search, you can get lifetime PPs.

Hi Reenci,
I know of no one that gives free lifetime PP's, they cost $5.00 through DRF. But this link has some free PP's for races run by a short list of owner's and trainer's....hope it helps. TJ

Try what I posted above. It works. And it's free. :)

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing, but I tried what you suggested and the only thing that appears to be free is the 5X pedigree. The PPs cost $8.00 at Equibase. here's what I get:

Available Products Price Add to
Cart
5x Pedigree $0 FREE
Lifetime Past Performances $8 Sample
Enhanced Premium Edited Pedigrees $15 Sample

Hi LB,
Thanks LB, if it's free it's for me:>) They give you the charts free, or are the entire race past performances also free? TJ

When you do the horse search on equibase, what you get is an overview of performance: # of starts, wins, places, shows, money earned. You also have access to the charts from U.S. (and sometimes foreign) races a horse has run in. Which are literally his past performances.

For a summary of the past performances (ie, they read the charts instead of you) there is a charge.

Umm Yeah, I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Sorry.

What you get is the charts for each horses race. A chart for every start, but it is not a summery PP like you get in a racing form.

Yeah, I guess that's the difference. The charts of all of the races are available, but if you want the summarized PPs, it'll cost you 8 bucks...

It's still an important feature to have free access to, you might not have the actual past performance "cut".......but with that free info you can watch any race the horse ran on u-tube. TJ

Nah. I'm registered. It's the charts that are free, not the PPs, but free charts are a useful thing...

Many thanks LB - never tried this before, but it's great!! Definitely helps me get an idea of the competition for my horses, before the form comes out!

Hi Um,
Try my link.....it gives you free past performances for races that certain trainers, breeder's and owner's have a horse entered in. You get the pp's for all the entries in the race....might just be one you're interested in. TJ
