Article on brindle TBs
Jorge, especially, might find this of interest. I did an article about a current brindle TB that's on www.drf.com. Daily Racing Form links aren't easy to post (I can't figure out how), but if you go to www.drf.com and put "brindle" in the search engine, it comes up - not sure if you need to sign in).
It's about a lovely brindle TB filly named Remark - love her! (click on little pics to see large)

Thanks for doing the link, Toral! When I tried it, it just kept coming up weirdly. I wonder why...hmmmm....
ACC, that is so fascinating - her stripes and spots are definitely up to, but not crossing, the middle line. The chimeric thing was the only thing that made 'sense,' but of course none of it really makes sense to me! Ha!
On Slewcy's Gale, I only saw stripes on the one side, too - very prominent, raised black stripes. They said she had a few subtle ones on her other side, but I didn't see them (nor did they show in my photos). Doesn't mean they aren't there, though - the lighting was pretty horrid when I photographed her.

Jorge, there looks to be many shared horses in the pedigree of CATCH A BIRD http://www.pedigreequery.com/catch+a+bird2 going back 5 to 10 generations.

For the person who was asking:
This is the other brindle case:
SLEWCY'S GALE (Bay [brindle] M 1995)

I already mentioned about the alleged existence of another “brindle” Thoroughbred on the following thread:
http://www.pedigreequery.com/forum/view ... ow+brindle
but this is only known through “hearsay” evidence, which cannot be confirmed.
But anyway, here is the name of the case:
LAURENS TIZZY http://www.pedigreequery.com/laurens+tizzy
