Fire at Charles Town Racetrack

Apparently about 38 fatalities ,caused by a blown transformer overnight. I am told it was across the road from the main stable area. I am sure the facts will soon follow.............how horrible!

I was told that two barns burned but they got the horses out of the second barn. First barn was too far gone when it was discovered.

That's what I read. I think it was the Bloodhorse? An article said a dog gave a positive ID several times of an accelerant. I hope they find out who did this terrible thing.

probably some neandrathal with a gruge against a trainer usung one or both barns

barn burning is a old old get even method sometimes employed by white trash.

I thought someone leaving the casino caught a transformer sparking and igniting the roof of a barn? The first lady who called the fire department?

Wouldn't all the liniments, isopropyl alcohol, and iodine leg paints found in most stables alert as "accelerants" to a dog?
