Definitely NOT cool. It's been shown over and over again that higher takeout = lower handle = lower purses over time. It is extremely dumb (but predictable from the CA assembly and Gov. Schwarzenkennedy) to try again a formula which has been disproven countless times. Wait til that idiotic exchange betting starts up. CA racing is almost done.

Well then, why don't you folks do something about it? Have a look at the Texas TB forum...they seem to be making a difference.... IMHO....
