I'm no insider. It's just my experience that many business partnerships have unequal divisions between money people and front/administrative people. Knowing who was who often explains ultimate dissolutions.

I'm sure you're headed in the right direction. Troutt was the original brains behind the billion dollar corp., and Casner was fortunate enough to be a good friend (not that he's an idiot
) who was let in on the business deal almost from the beginning.
