Yes, it was referring to her pre-race 'war dance.' There was also a lot of claptrap about horse racing being animal slavery.

I think I 'tie up!' And believe me, no one can run like that.

It was fascinating to watch all those videos because Zenyatta appears also to be stretching out her back end. She's a character.

Yeah, I get that on my video from Oaklawn "she's tying up!" I want to write back, wow she runs fast for a horse who's "tying up." I leave the comment because it reflects on the ridiculousness of the commenter without further comment.
