I won't get home from work until 7:30 (central), so I'll be watching a bit delayed via DVR.

Go Queen Z!

Keep us updated TJ, although I don't hold out much faith in impartial voting in Florida. :)

Please America redeem yourself, one of the greatest mares in racing history anywhere on the planet, please don't have me to post another "Only in America" or "Ignorant Yanks" comment again, the eyes of the racing world are watching, do the right thing.

Hi Dub,
The Word Rankings all ready put Blame and Quality Road over Zenyatta and that wasn't from this side of the pond:>) If I hear I'll post it.....I will be tuned in. The consensus of opinion finds all those that opt for Z qualify it with adding she's done so much for racing.....those that went with Blame insist he has the best record and handled her on the track where such issues are usually settled. This will be a close decision.....I liked your Florida voting crack.....I'm a native NY'er and since I'm down here....I call it Floriduh:>) TJ

Good news...finally those who had voted 1/2-heartedly last year found their hearts pumping in rhythm this time....Z is one
of the greatest mares in our lifetime indeed..and the air of controversy is gone for good with this outcome.

The top title race though did not end in a 2-way photo..but was reasonally close, btw Z and Blame..as expected, the wonder
mile specialist, Goldikova, was a mile off the finish post. All the divisional winners got overwhelming support from the 238
voters.

Zenyatta was impressed more by her 19/1 than anything else I guess..that is the only hiccup..esp only one of her wins is
truly open and challenging, let alone it was in account last year. Time factor worked wonder this year for her ..Blame was not
really a top notch candidate by the past standard on tracks.

HOY : Zenyatta : 128 (beating Blame 102, Goldikova 5)

Older male : Blame : 238 (full)
Older female : Zenyatta : 237
3 yr old colt : Lookin At Lucky : 224
3 yr old filly : Blind Luck : 237
2 yr old colt : Uncle Mo : 236
2 yr old filly : Awesome Feather : 235
Male turf : Gio Ponti : 199
Female Turf : Goldikova : 212
Male sprinter : Big Drama : 170
Female sprinter : Dubai Majesty : 232
Steeplechaser : Slip Away : 175 (out of 206)
