Where DO these stories start!!!
Ive spoken to her owner. She is either going to be bred to an older, established TB sire in KY and then go home in foal, or the other option they are mulling over is to breed her to a very nice hunter (WB) stallion and sell the foal as a show prospect. Ive recommended Bliss MF as a nice choice for her ...
The owners are very much involved in the "high end" of the racing / breeding end of things, TB wise and will absolutely do the right thing for her if they breed to a TB sire. And they also recognize that her foal will not fetch much at the sale and they will probably have to keep it and run it themselves
I did have to laugh though. They have a VERY well bred TB mare who is very tall and her offspring finish up in the 17hh+ range which is generally the kiss of death for race horses. He is mulling over breeding her to either Hickstead ($5500.00 stud fee - frozen - no LFG guarantee) or one of the Iron Spring stallions - Consul. He was wondering why the stud fee was so LOW

and I had to explain that $5500.00 was a pretty darned hefty price tag for semen for show horses and $1000.0 - $2000.00 was more the norm ...
So - if I hear of any further updates, I'll let you know ...
