Would really like to know if there is a list of the 10 fastest fractionals by decade clicked during the racing of the Kentucky Derby. I remember that during the 60s and early 70s some really blazing fractionals were set. Can we set such a list?

This was the beginning of Mr. Hooper's dynasty, bought from the breeder of the 1940 Kentucky Derby winner and one of a handful of horses bought prior to Mr. Hooper's breeding operation. He gave 10 times more than the going rate for a Sir Gallahad baby to secure ownership of this horse at that time....he liked this horse that much!! The trainer didn't want to run in the Derby and Mr. Hooper had to twist his arm:>)
