Actually - I enquired on him. His name is "Spot of Greatnes" - *one* s at the end if anyone is looking him up ...
I have some additional photos of him that were sent to me if anyone is interested. From what I was told, he will require an experienced stallion handler if someone takes him on

Any information on his pedigree? Apparently his pedigree is not listed here in either form. Thanks in advance for your valuable assistance.

Sorry Jorge! I forgot the "A" in front!
Here it is:

Why they left off that last "s" is quite beyond me though ...

love the mare stare cam. There was the whiteish colored mare and foal and she watched that baby every second.
I don't think the mares get the recognition they deserve in any breed; they are such good moms and everything they do revolves around that baby!
Thanks for putting that up!

A Spot of Greatnes should have a lot of grass ability. His sire is the great Nijinsky son, Sky Classic, who won multiple G1 races and was named 2 year old champion, older horse, and turf horse in Canada.
His dam produced the durable SW Treat me Doc, who looks to have been a turf miler who earned some black type in G3 company.
Broodmare sire was the good Illinois stallion Star Envoy, by Pia Star. Star Envoy too was a grass miler, and set a course record at Hialeah at 8 1/2 furlongs.
A Spot of Greatness actually has a decent race record at 3, starting 7 times, with 2 wins, a 2nd and 3 times third. I wonder if he saw any turf?

That "whiteish" mare is a perlino Thoroughbred and the foal is a cremello Thoroughbred. Here is a thread about them:

Is it just me or does anyone else think that stallion has interesting conformation? Or is it just a bad pic?

He is cute but reading between the lines, he must be a real handful. You couldn't pay me enough to have another bust-down-the-doors stallion on my place. I believe he's not bred well enough with enough race record for a small farm owner like me to put up with the danger.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
