Again, I feel if stewards are going to make split second judgement decisions prior to a race based on hearsay it is a major mistake. I have had horses act dull and run lights out. I have had horses look sharp as a tack in post and not run a jump. Forcing a steward to scratch a horse based on riders opinion from a television interview passed on a few minutes prior to a race is not a reasonable decision process IMO.
