Would we consider a lightly raced son of Afleet Alex in demand? I know he won a Grade 1 at 2, but he had 11 starts, doesn't seem like the soundest/hardiest horse out there.
Lukas is quoted as saying he is an outstanding individual (good looking), and horses with his conformation are in demand.
Thoughts on him?

As I understand it he is a large horse and might need mares of a certain type to be successful. Who knows how this horse would have done in a barn where the emphasis was not the Derby. He might have been a very sound horse still running in a barn like John Shirreffs.
He won the Hopeful at two. I would think his career at stud will depend on the type of mares he can get and how much support he receive the first three seasons.

Never saw the horse in person and that may be entirely correct but trainers usually own pieces or shares of these horses when they go to stud so Lukas has an incentive to act as salesman.
I must say, I've seen Dublin a few times in person and he is definitely a well conformed individual . . . and a total gentleman.
Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.
