Has anyone noticed that Cibelli has entered for tomorrow at Gulfstream. I guess there is no recognition of the Tam ban there?
Ridiculous...

Hi ct,
Cibelli received a 60 day suspension from the Commission, Gulfstream Park followed the reciprocity rules between racing jurisdictions during that time. In addition she was banned from running horses at the current Tampa meet, by Tampa only, not the commission. Her Florida State suspension is over now, so she is entitled to run horses at any race track she chooses except Tampa. She is currently stabled at Palm Meadows. TJ
Yes, but Gulfstream could choose to support/parallelize the Tam ban if they wanted to. Instead they provide a local outlet for the cheaters to continue to operate.
It really is up to the owners I suppose to start forcing change. I watch and note everyone that rides for Cibelli. They don't get on my horses.

Hi ct,
GP or any other racetrack for that matter, can not refuse her entry unless they are interested in a law suit. Tampa had her sign off on the additional ban they personally are enforcing against her. Reason being the the state could not give her a longer suspension because they couldn't prove the case. Once again the reason was because the witness against Cibelli, was the vet who injected the horse morning of the race....who is also banned from Tampa this season. TJ
