Mating advise with Storm Creek

Postby emmad » Mon Jun 27, 2005 1:09 pm

Since the stallion is USA his pedigree should be familar.
We have been offered a deal with the following two mares (only one of which is ours) to storm creek.
Cryin'n The Chapel (ours)
True Joy (on here as true joy5)

What do people think of these cross's?

Pedigree aside, I would go with the mare who is most correct up front. Storm Creek isn't exceptionally offset but he is a Storm Cat and those genes are back there.

We are going to have a look at him first. One mare is fractionally offset in her off fore knee. Nothing major but I am careful about who we breed her to.
