Thoughts on city place

anyone seen him? Anyone have thoughts on him? I love his ped but hate the fact he did not race..

Let me say first his dam was a heck of a racemare. To me he gives the impression of being a physical lightweight and the fact that he's unraced and by Storm Cat is a bit of a concern (may point to some serious confirmation issues). The female family can be hit or miss, but when they hit its a big hit. He's gotten some play as a covering sire so far this year, so he seems to be having some commercial appeal and Hartley DeRenzo hit with Tiger Ridge who had a similarly nonexistent race record. For me, there are too many ifs with him and he would definitely be one I would want to inspect closely in person before using him.

He was working really fast before he was retired.

But yes my question was for race horse breeding;) Kind of why were all here
