does anyone have any offspring of these stallions? Impressions as far as temperament/conformation/etc?

A friend just acquired a 2yo by OF out of an EP mare. Wasn't cutting it on the track so he's destined for a new career. Just wondering what's typical of these lines. He's already 16h at just turned 2yo- I'm guessing he will be big or do these horses typically mature early?

I have a daughter of Open Forum. She looks just like her sire. Temperament wise, she is an absolute sweetie. She would, without a doubt, be a fabulous hunter....but I want to raise a foal or two first!!!

I have an El Prado mare

I have an El Prado mare and she has a very sweet temperment but she was not much of a runner but she does have nice conformation. My filly out of her has matured early and she is by Tri Line a son of Crafty Prospector. I really like my El Prado mare who is out of a Jeblar mare. My other mare is by Siphon out of Miss Diana A by Cormorant. Siphon is known for throwing big horses and my Siphon mare is not very big. Miss Diana A. is for sale and she is due next month carrying a foal by Sweetsouthernsaint. I inquired about her because she is the dam of my Siphon mare.

thanks for the comments. This guy arrived on Tuesday and is really an impressive looking horse, especially considering his age. He's about 16h in front and 16.1 behind, and pretty massive. His temperament has been good so far- a little bit of baby enthusiasm and curiousity but no major naughtiness or explosions. Moves like a dream.

pembroke I'm glad to hear you say that.. this gelding is headed for the hunter ring. :) Do you have any photos of your mare?

this is his pedigree www.pedigreequery.com/gotta+have

Yes, I do. I will try and post them this weekend. My computer is having a major attitude adjustment on Friday. Hopefully, it is nothing serious and I will have it back right away!!!!
