It was great to hear from the surgeon this morning that Barbaro's "acting like a 3yo. colt: trying to bite people and taking a keen interest in all the mares in the intensive care unit."
He also said Barbaro's quite an athlete, trying to leap out of the sling!
I hope that his athleticism will be tempered by his need to heal and that he takes care of himself and the leg.
