New Guaranteed Gold / Puchi Trap buckskin & white colt!

Postby TrueColours » Tue Jun 20, 2006 1:52 pm

My latest and last foal of the year! A gorgeous Guaranteed Gold / Puchi Trap buckskin & white sabino TB colt that will be dual registered as a Paint with the APHA

FINALLY got the pictures taken, downloaded, resized, the whole works and here they are!

I adore this guy - he is equally as elegant and classy with the same beautiful head that Faux Finish and Chai Latte have (he is a full brother to both of them), and legs that go on forever and such neat and funky markings and the beautiful light buttermilk buckskin colour that I love so much ...

Meet "Stonewashed" or "Rocky" as his barn name! :) Taken at a few hours old ...

That cross is like a slot machine that throws out pretty everytime you pull the handle. Another gorgeous foal for sure. Congrats!

Thanks austique - that is a really neat comparison! :)

Its spooky - looking at this colt, its like looking at Faux Finish or Chai Latte with slightly different markings ...

This combination stamps the foals SO strongly in such a definate way, I really hope and pray that we continue to get such incredibly nice babies each year from the pair of them ...

Here is a picture of Faux Finish at a few weeks of age:

and one of Chai Latte at a week old:

and then you look at Rocky and he's virtually identical ...

Amazing how with some mares and stallions the foals come out SO identical and yet with others, they are SO different year after year ...

Thanks SO much! I truly adore this guy and hope that I can hang onto him for awhile!

This is my new favorite picture of Rocky:

taken at 5 days of age ...

He looks SO cute - like a curled up, soft and cuddly puppy or something! :)

More getting loaded on my site as we speak of his first real day outside!
