Is anybody going to this sale? I'm hoping to go and check out what it's like, but I haven't been to a sale before so I wouldn't mind meeting up with an expert!

We are heading over to the sale on Saturday morning to check out a couple of horses. It is usually a good sale. Person should be able to get some good buys this year. But an expert I'm not. Everyone has different tastes in the type of horse they are looking for.

I don't think I'll make it over from Spokane until lunchtime. So the horses are there for viewing the day before the sale starts? Or is it actually on the Saturday?

The sale starts at 11AM Sunday. (Or, in WTBALand, 11:15, 11:20, or whenever they quit yakking  )

The horses have to be there by Friday night. You could go on Friday afternoon and probably see a lot of horses. They'll be available for inspection all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

I think this is the first time "THERE IS NO UPSET PRICE" has been printed on the first page of the catalog. Anyone want to be so kind as to bring home a cheap old mare?

I looked all through the mares in the catalog. Some are pretty old right enough but I am just not ready. I'll probably arrive and look at the horses on Saturday afternoon and attend the sale on Sunday. Can't go Friday afternoon, still teaching classes then.

If anyone wants to meet up, p.m. me.
