Color people--take a look at this one

Postby freshman » Sat Nov 18, 2006 7:38 pm

This is a horse listed by Bits and Bytes Farm in GA but still working at the track. Very big, very roan, and very sabino. Wow!

Unfortunately it doesn't give his pedigree or registered name, but perhaps someone knows him?

He is handsome... great-looking horse, esp. for someone who shows Western. Flashy!! :)

Oh my goodness this sabino horse's TB name deserves to be known. His lunar design head marking may prove a good hint. Any recalling?

I've seen that before. I wonder if it is the same horse or just a similar marking.

I followed Skipitgirl's advice, and sent an email inquiry. Here is the response:

Donna,

What board are you posting on?

We do not give out the registered name on our Prospect Horses. We list the registered name when we have a buyer. Get some one to buy this beautiful horse and I will post his full name. ;-)

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I wrote back and told her where this board is, so maybe she'll visit and see the genuine interest.

After that, she communicated to me that basically, the reason she won't divulge his name is that his owner would be easy to trace and she didn't want anyone going to the owner behind her (broker) back.
