2nd Chance Stallion Seasons Auction: MORE SEASONS

Postby Roguelet » Fri Jan 19, 2007 11:06 am

The ITOBA Second Chance Stallion Seasons Auction starts today and will end at 12:00 Noon EST on Monday, January 29th.

http://www.starquine.com

Starquine is still working on getting the sold seasons off of the list and putting a few new ones on, HOPEFULLY they'll have it all straightened out very soon.

There should be 61 (or possibly 63, we will know that later today) seasons this time.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our first auction, and good luck to anyone wanting to bid in this one.

There are supposed to be 63 seasons listed, and despite working back and forth with Starquine ALL day on this, it's still not totally correct. It appears that the stallions who are listed and should not be are not open for bidding anyway, but there are some who should be open for bidding and are not. The bottom line is, you're safe to bid at this point, but check back later, because you should have more opportunities to bid that what's actually showing up now.

OK, as of right now, there are 69 stallion seasons listed on starquine. There are only 63 seasons in our second chance auction, but the 6 "extra" seasons listed are NOT open for bidding on the site. They are working on getting them taken off of the page completely, but for now, at least, the seasons open and available for bidding ARE the correct seasons. The 6 that say "make offer" and are not set up to accept bids are the ones that don't belong.

There are 3 new seasons and 2 that have been returned from the original auction.

Please check it out and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for looking!

I just had an ITOBA caller who was under the impression that the seasons listed in our auction were only to Indiana stallions. In case anyone here was under the same impression, I wanted to clear that up.

Our second chance auction has seasons available to stallions in the following States:

Kentucky
New York
Texas
Florida
Indiana
Pennsylvania
West Virginia
Virginia
Maryland
Illinois
Minnesota
Missouri
British Columbia

All listings are now correct, the "extras" have been removed, and the list is complete. The second chance auction ends at Noon EST on Monday.

Just a reminder...

You have less than 48 hours left to place a bid on one of the seasons in the ITOBA 2nd chance auction on Starquine.

If you have a mare who doesn't have a date yet, you might want to go check it out...
